When accessing our website
When you visit our website, our servers temporarily save each access in a log file. The following technical data is recorded without your intervention, as is generally the case with every connection to a web server, and is stored by us until it is automatically deleted after 3 months at the latest:

The collection and processing of this data is carried out for the purpose of enabling the use of our website (connection establishment), to ensure system security and stability on a permanent basis, to enable the optimization of our internet offer as well as for internal statistical purposes. This is our legitimate interest in data processing in the sense of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR.
Furthermore, the IP address is evaluated together with the other data in the event of attacks on the network infrastructure or other unauthorized or abusive website use for the purpose of clarification and defense and, if necessary, used in the context of criminal proceedings for identification and for civil and criminal proceedings against the users concerned. This is our legitimate interest in data processing within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.

You have the option of using one of our contact forms to get in touch with us. Contacting us by e-mail
You have the option of contacting us and sending us an e-mail. For this purpose, it is mandatory that we collect your e-mail address. We use your e-mail address and other data voluntarily provided by you (e.g. first name and surname) only to be able to answer your contact request in the best possible and personalized way. The processing of this data is therefore necessary within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR for the implementation of (pre-)contractual measures or is in our legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.
Contact us by telephone
You have the possibility to contact us by telephone. You are responsible for the messages or content you transmit to us by telephone. We recommend that you do not transmit any sensitive information. Personal data is only collected if you voluntarily disclose it to us. It is therefore up to you which information you give us. In order to be able to answer your questions, we may ask you to provide us with additional information, e.g. your address, e-mail address, etc. We will only collect the personal data that you provide to us voluntarily. We will only collect the personal data from you that is necessary to answer your questions in the best possible and personalised way or to provide the services you have requested. Applying for a job
You have the option of applying to us spontaneously or in response to a specific job advertisement via a corresponding e-mail address or by post. In doing so, we collect the data sent to us from your application documents.
We use this data to check your application. Application documents of unsuccessful applicants are deleted after the application process has ended, unless you explicitly agree to a longer retention period or we are not legally obliged to retain them for a longer period. The legal basis for processing your data for this purpose is thus the execution of a contract (pre-contractual phase) in accordance with Art. 6 para.1 lit. b GDPR.
Revocation and right of deletion
If you use our website and provide us with your personal data for processing the above activities, you can revoke your consent at any time. To revoke your consent, please write an email to info@terreActive.ch. We will stop processing and delete your data. As long as you do not make use of the right of deletion, the data will remain stored. You also have the right to obtain information about the data we have collected from you and to have it corrected. Swiss Post Cybersecurity AG has taken technical and organizational measures for the security of data in the internal company network within the framework of ISO certification.

Privacy Policy for NetMailer
For the distribution of our newsletters, we use the platform "NetMailer" operated by PAWECO GmbH. PAWECO is a Switzerland-based provider and is subject to Swiss data protection law. The email addresses of our newsletter subscribers and other relevant data are stored on PAWECO servers in Switzerland and used exclusively for the evaluation and distribution of our newsletters. We have concluded an order data processing agreementwith PAWECO, in which PAWECO undertakes to protect the data of our users in accordance with data protection regulations and to process them on our behalf.
We trust that PAWECO treats the data of our users securely and confidentially and does not use it for its own purposes or disclose it to third parties. If you do not wish to be analyzed by NetMailer, you can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. We provide you with a corresponding link in each newsletter message.
NetMailer is also used to analyze our newsletter campaigns. For this purpose, technical information such as the time of access, IP address, browser type, and operating system are recorded. When you open an email sent via NetMailer, a file contained in the email (so-called "web beacon") connects to PAWECO servers. This allows us to determine whether a newsletter message has been opened and which links have been clicked, if any.
The processing of data is based on your consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a DSGVO. You can revoke this consent at any time by unsubscribing from the newsletter. The revocation does not affect the lawfulness of the data processing that has already taken place.
